I’ve found the shoe/sneaker I want, but I can’t select my size.
Many of our vintage and secondhand shoes come from donations or curated hauls, which means sizing availability can be unpredictable.
We list sizes exactly as they come in—but don’t worry!
Our New Shoe Section carries a wide range of consistent, standard sizes to choose from.

Has my order been sent yet ?
Shipping depends on the carrier used—USPS, UPS, Amazon Drop-Ship, or another partnered provider.
Once your order is processed, you’ll automatically receive an email with your receipt and tracking information.
If you don't see it, be sure to check your spam folder.

How often do you restock inventory?
New items arrive weekly, sometimes daily.
Our team is constantly sourcing, cleaning, and researching new pieces—from clothes to collectibles to sneakers.

Are the items authentic
IAbsolutely.
Every item—especially higher-value sneakers, collectibles, and brand-name apparel—is researched thoroughly before pricing.
If we can’t confirm authenticity with confidence, we do not sell it.
We also have Authentification paperwork on site as needed.

Can I try items on in-store?
Yes—once we open our physical location, customers are welcome to try on clothing, shoes, and accessories.
Select collectible items, fragile décor, and sealed products may not be handled, but our staff will happily assist.

Can you give me more information about the shoes/sneakers?
Every pair of shoes that hits our shelves has been cleaned, inspected, and researched.
Pricing is determined by comparing current market values across retailers like eBay and other verified sources.
If you’d like a closer look at condition, feel, or fit, we always recommend stopping by the shop once we open.

Do you accept returns?
For most thrift and vintage items, all sales are final due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory.
New, sealed, or unworn items may qualify for a return within a limited window.

Do you offer bulk purchasing or reseller discounts?
Yes! Select categories—like vintage tees, accessories, or overstock items—can be purchased in bulk.
Prices and shipping vary depending on availability and current stock levels.

Do you hold items for customers?
We offer short-term holds in-store once the shop opens, but online holds are not available due to high demand and limited quantities.
First come, first served keeps things fair for all shoppers.
